Other than the exceptions listed below, items purchased from Plus Size Plum may be exchanged or returned within 30 business days from the date the order is shipped. The merchandise must be in new condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. To return an item for exchange, please send the item freight pre-paid and, for your protection, insured.
Exceptions: For health reasons, we cannot exchange panties, bikinis,
g-strings, thongs, stockings, bodystockings or similar intimate items so please select these items with care.
In addition, Specials cannot be returned, as these are typically discontinued items.
E-mail us immediately to let us know of your return or exchange. You will be issued a Return Authorization number via reply by email within 24 hours. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA #.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item. Please include your order date and order number to expedite processing of your credit.
